And that's what I've focused on throughout my career.I have had the honor of leading engineering teams, food processing maintenance divisions, food production operations, sales & marketing, and even human resources for large corporations. And I've learned that allowing people within your team to have freedom to leverage their experiences and skillset will provide absolute fulfillment for everyone involved...not to mention, solve enormous problems.My passion is solving problems with amazing people who want to solve those problems with me.
