Edward Tapuska is a partner in Osler's Corporate Group. Edward currently practices in the firm's Calgary office in the areas of securities, capital markets, and corporate law. He has over 30 years of corporate law experience in a wide variety of securities transactions including IPOs, private placements, debt and equity financings, corporate restructuring and reorganizations, take-over bids and plans of arrangement. Edward has also conducted numerous international and domestic oil & gas transactions including farm-out agreements, joint ventures and property acquisitions.
