Write and review Corrective actions for both internal and external issues. Drive Continuous improvements to reduce scrap, customer issues, and meet or exceed ISO standards. Manage all contract work from Calibrations to Improved equipment to reduce set-up, inspection time, and reduce downtime. Implement SCP hardware and software to monitor process and repeatability of the tooling and process overall. Validate all vendors are meeting our customer requirements. This is completed by onsite evaluations and audits of the outsourced vendors.

Managed the Quality System TS-16949. Also I was a key person implementing the transition from ISO 9001/1998 to TS-16949 at the North Carolina Facility were I worked from 2004 to 2006.
