CurrentSince founding HartleyCo in 2019, I've been on a graceful pursuit to create and develop a leading Headhunting practice with a global reach.Our expertise is in showcasing and placing the greatest talent into permanent and contract/interim roles across Hampshire, Surrey, Berkshire, and London.Our focus is on being real and results-driven. Clients in the UK, USA, and Germany value our straightforward, no-gimmicks approach. Compared with others in our field, we're fabulously private - we let the execution of our work do the talking.In my role, I lead both people and sales. I’m committed to personal growth and the growth of the people I lead. This is supported by ongoing coaching, an exceptional NED and a collection of hungry individuals driving the business forward. My personal mission is to scale HartleyCo to a 50-person firm, leading to client growth and the career development of our people.On the sales side, I ensure high-quality work and build lasting client relationships.
