    Responsible for project management of internal platform and external client projects from inception through implementation. Started at the inception of introducing PMO processes to Vail. Working with other new Project Managers and learning Vail’s business models, a Project Management Handbook was created to ensure a consistent approach and success for Vail as it continues to expand. Depending on the business model, Vail has used PMI, Scrum, and basic iterative development. First project assigned was the Vail Routing and Call Control (RACC). The project was over 18 months past the original completion date, by introducing some basic change control methodology and taking responsibility for requirements and design was able to bring the project to completion. As Vail’s most successful product, it has continued to add new features. For this product, I have been the technical project manager, a key technical lead and contribute to specifying business features during my time at Vail. I have managed new client onboarding and feature requests for those clients. I have pushed for and implemented a regression suite eliminating production deployment issues. I have successfully worked at coordinating the different technical components, Voice platform (C++), Web (Ruby on Rails), Database (MS SQL), and Caching (Erlang), bringing the gaps of each team’s methodologies. Have project managed numerous other projects including; reporting/data warehousing requirements, large outbound campaign, customer IVR applications, Prosodica agent interaction, Linux migration from Solaris, and data center migration.
