I focus on brand strategy, reputation management, public affairs, and internal & student engagement. Designed and delivered UAL's digital service transformation programme.

An advisory role for the commercial arm of this brilliant South London museum. It has internationally important collections of anthropology and musical instruments, as well as an acclaimed natural history collection with a famously overstuffed walrus. Our commercial focus was on activating the brand experience and increasing utilisation in the shop, events and product development.

Executive Board member, leading the marketing function for London's most lively cultural quarter, Southbank Centre, getting Londoners and tourists engaged with the festival programme on our 21 acre site. Reporting to the chief executive, my responsibilities included marketing campaigns and customer insight, media relations, public affairs and the thriving membership programme.
