I have been active in managing businesses since 1984 and have continued to invest in my education for the purpose of increasing my skill sets. As a goal oriented professional I have successfully met and exceeding corporate expectations. My key strengths are: integrity and tenacity with the ability to teach team principles and to facilitate others.Experience:* 16 years managing total store operations for leading furniture store chain in the Greater Cincinnati area which generated annual earnings of over 4 million dollars. I was responsible for hiring, training and overseeing a sales staff of 18 sales people and coordination of office staff with my office manager.* 7 years of managing a recycling center in Northern Kentucky selling nationwide with annual earnings of 3.5 million dollars.* In 2000 I went into business for myself opening a general contracting firm. I developed a client base providing commercial and residential interior finish work.* In December of 2006, I closed my business and in February of 2007 I accepted a position with Carrera Construction, Inc. as Senior Project Manager. My duties include prospecting, bidding and estimating projects. In addition, I negotiate subcontracts and provide project management which encompasses project evaluation, receivables, customer relations and invoicing.My goal is to continue to grow as a professional, increase my industry knowledge while providing integrity based management that exceeds corporate goals and eclipses prior company earnings.Specialties: * My ability to connect with business owners, providing budget conscious solutions for their construction needs while meeting and/or exceeding construction deadlines and budget goals.* Developing strong relationships with key subcontractors by maintaining integrity based management ethics* Managing projects and maximizing profits.
