He has also introduced personal conference and video through Skype desktop and mobile, reducing conferencing costs by more than $3M annually. In prior roles, Ed developed skills in branded web design & deliver, business transformation and program management, working with business partners to achieve process, cycle time, and cost savings through ERP and other technology implementations. He is experienced in organizing and driving steering committees, and communicating with all levels of the management team.Ed has a Bachelor’s degree in MIS from UW–Whitewater, and an MBA degree, with honors, from the University of Chicago. He lives in Brookfield, Wisconsin, with his wife and two daughters. Ed’s interests include food and cooking, leadership biographies, data visualization and behavioral economics.
