I built internal tools at Uber to enable employee productivity and support the company’s global growth.- Built a chat solution for all Uber employees globally based on the open source Slack alternative, Mattermost. Annual savings of $10M, supports over 20k DAU in a single HIPPA-compliant environment and serves 1M+ messages daily. - Built a number of internal tools such as employee profiles, onboarding automation, chat, and enterprise search to enable and save $60M in employee productivity.- Managed a team of product managers, business analysts, engineers and designers in building various tools to optimize Uber's workforce. Defined roadmaps and managed cross-functional stakeholders- Supported $4M of critical enterprise applications including Everbridge (emergency mass notifications), FM:Interact (Computer Aided Facilities Management System), S2 (badging), LucidWorks Fusion (Enterprise Search).- Implemented a number of vendor technology solutions to establish Uber's GSOC (Global Security Operations Center), enabling the capability to disable surge pricing during a crisis scenario. - Supported internal tools and vendor solutions for Uber's Chinese entity
