Gate Petroleum Company is a locally owned privately-held conglomerate. Primary responsibility was the oversight of a multi-million dollar complete renovation of a 50 year old 28 story high-rise office building located in downtown Jacksonville. This was a multi year project which was completed ahead of time and considerably under budget. Upon completion of this project I remained as Asset Manager handling the leasing/management of this facility and another downtown high-rise in Norfolk, VA. The Jacksonville building was sold in October 2014.

Liberty Property Trust is a $8 billion publicly traded Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT). My responsibilities were the oversight of Liberty's Jacksonville, Florida region which at one time was approximately $400 million in assets comprised of approximately 4 million square feet of office and light industrial space and included a staff of 17 people. Responsibilities included profit and loss, leasing, marketing, acquisitions, dispositions, development, asset management, and property management.
