PacTec 2nd Source provides spares for capital equipment used in manufacturing electronic components. PacTec’s expertise encompasses over twenty-eight years experience in technical and management support for the maintenance and repair of computer-controlled, electro-mechanical, micro-photolithography and fluid/gas control systems within a high tech industry. Our primary focus is in support of our customer’s requirements for optical components and refurbished lasers used on semiconductor manufacturing equipment. We can provide replacement parts for several original equipment manufacturers for micro-photolithography and metrology systems. PacTec 2nd Source operates globally with customers located in Asia, Europe and North America. We have established long-term relationships with several multinational companies in an effort to drive down costs for consumable parts. PacTec does utilize sales representatives in an effort to streamline communications and provide a quicker response to our customers.

1. Manage personnel in a technical field involving application/process engineers, equipment engineers and management personnel.2. Manage business development to meet Board of Director (BoD) expectations.3. Manage customer relationships effectively.4. Manage operational performance to meet BoD expectations.5. Manage the business finances and Profit and Loss effectively.6. Manage business growth objectives per BoD expectations.7. Coordinate and schedule personnel in a manufacturing environment in support of the end-user or original equipment manufacturer.

1. Manage a staff of over twenty-five Field Service Engineers and support staff with offices worldwide. 2. Opened and staffed Field Service offices overseas. 3. Responsible for installation and service of wet-process systems used in the semiconductor industry. 4. Accountable for factory integration, training, system installations and warranty support on equipment worldwide.

1. Managed ten technicians covering a four-shift, seven-day a week operation. 2. Responsible for repair and maintenance of equipment used in the production of semiconductor components. 3. Oversaw and coordinated facility activities that impacted semiconductor component fabrication performance. 4. Served on Safety Committee.

1. Responsible for integration and installation of photolithography equipment used in the semiconductor industry. 2. Traveled extensively performing system installations, service support and upgrades. 3. Managed eight technicians in the repair and maintenance of computer-controlled electro-mechanical photolithography equipment.
