CurrentDuties as Maintenance Planner Master DataActivities that maintains the Master Data in the CMMS namely:• Equipment Structure, Equipment Asset Structure, Functional Location Structure, BOM and Assembly Structure, Location Structure, Equipment Cost Structure (Cost Center), Task Lists (Equipment & General), Maintenance Items, Maintenance Plans, Service Masters, Service Conditions, Work Centers, Work Center Cost Structure, Activity Prices.Works Order Transaction ProcessActivities that ensure the correct implementation of Notification and Work Order Process.• Notification Creation, Completion and Sign Off, Works Order Creation, Operation Set-up, Cost Allocation, Confirmation and sign off, Reservation tracking and closing.Task Assessment, Planning and SchedulingActivities that performs task assessment, planning and scheduling on AD HOC, OPEX and CAPEX tasks as well as the planning of external services if required. The outcome of the deployed task assessment, planning and scheduling practices, methodologies and methods ensures that the task is setup such that successfulexecution thereof is possible by the corrective work stream. Thus, if performed correctly it enables the elimination or mitigation of the effect of the undesirableconditions and failure mechanisms, thus mitigating the negative impact on the business.Shut Down Planning Scheduling and ControlActivities that perform shut down planning scheduling and control. During shut downs critical tasks are performed to ensure the assets perform at its required reliability. If these tasks are not properly planned, scheduled and the execution thereof controlled the assets reliability will suffer. Shut Down Planning Scheduling and Control consist of the co-ordination of:• Planned tasks from the TAPS process.• Shut Down Schedule (List and GANTT).• Critical Path.• Cycle Time Compression.• Continually updated progress & control.• Cost Reporting and Control.• Optimisation of the process via the After-Action
