● Receive and respond (with assistance) to benefits matters and inquiries.● Support the administration of benefits, such as group insurance, to include change reporting withcarriers, claims resolution correspondence, reconciling invoices for payment, HSA, FSA and COBRAbenefits.● Coordinate with 401k administrator for annual reporting, compliance, or other notices to employees.● Manage Onboarding – prepare offer letters, I9s, and administer background checks.● Profile creation in payroll and other employee data systems and order equipment.● Coordinate with IT and others to ensure set up ready on join date.● Prepare new hire announcements.● Document and develop workflow processes as we continue to scale as an organization while ensuring anexcellent employee experience.● Prepare employee separation notices and related documentation.● Generate reports and compile data for day-to-day purposes● Miscellaneous administration such as preparing documents for e-signature and working with businessinsurance agents on business-related insurance.● Other duties requested or apparent.
