Purchasing Manager
Current- Maintain a working relationship with all respective department heads, including Executive Chef and Chef de Cuisine, to ensure all products are provided based on their requirements and needs
- Purchase of all food, beverage, wine, and liquor for fine dining restaurant, bar, casual dining restaurant, room service, and banquets
- Implement wine list
- Conduct monthly inventory of all beverages
- Assume cost control and establish PAR levels
- Maintain a close relationship with all vendors to ensure that they meet corporate standards and provide quality service
