I have been involved in a diverse range of projects requiring close consultation with all project stakeholders. Project roles have spanned various construction sectors including multi storey commercial construction, commercial fit-out and refurbishment, industrial facilities and domestic buildings across both the public and private sectors. In undertaking these roles, I has developed extensive experience in the areas of project management & administration, bid strategy and planning and contract and specification review and implementation.In my current role as Project Administrator, I am responsible for the contract management of all subcontractors and consultants, procurement of subcontractors, monthly forecasting and cost reporting, controlling the monthly cash flow, progress claims, variations, and administering all contractual programmes.
