Direct report to Head of Cash Management Product Perform clients’ and peers’ assessment for new product development Understanding both business and technical requirements Translate requirements into a strong business case i.e. cost-benefit analysis and revenue projections Seek internal Management necessary approvals Product development with relevant parties including generating SOP, SLA & BC Plans Coordination with IT, Operations, Risk Management, Compliance and Legal units and manage the project team Preparation of UAT Testing Seek Regulatories’ necessary approvals Perform products release with inclusion of media, if any Carry out training and new product introduction nationwide within the bank and to clients Maintain existing product performance vs. revenue generation Perform Client System integration, if needed Respond to eventual Audit findings with clear actions and schedule Released products: BizChannel, Host-to-Host/Payment Gateway, eTax MPN, Tax Billing (MPNG2), eChain, Investor Accounts, Virtual Accounts Major client names: Pelindo I, II & III, Terminal Petikemas, KOJA, Indormarco (Indomaret), Holcim, Sinarmas, IMTV, Universitas Muhammadiyah Malang, Securities Companies, KSEI, BNP Paribas, Semen Baturaja, Bimasaki Multi Sinergi, Ipaymu
