I started my career as a mainframe Cobol programmer, Cobol batch and cics programs. Read and wrote many technical and functional designs. After 3 years switched to a mainframe system engineer and carried out with great pleasure for many years. I have a lot of experience in managing Mainframe systems, Cics, databases, security, rexx (and other products on the mainframe, such as Vsam, Sam, jcl etc.) and have a lot of experience in solving and analyzing incidents and problems on the mainframe platform. Also writing SQL scripts. In addition to all software, I was also responsible for all hardware, the CPU, storage, cardridge units, printers, air conditioning and ups. During my entire career I have always programmed in Cobol / Batch / Cics, Rexx and Visual Basic.Until 2017, during the conversion of the Mainframe, I was responsible for the process and the applications that are necessary for transferring the data. After the Mainframe has been converted to other platforms, I focused on Change and Process Management, in this role I am responsible for coordinating non-standard changes and standard changes in the IT environment. I work pragmatically, process-oriented, efficiently and accurately on major changes. I know how to determine the priorities well so that changes run smoothly and in a controlled manner through the agreed process, including administrative obligations. Daily and monthly reporting using Visual Basic.I have a broad range of interests, have good communication skills and am proactive. I am the point of contact for my colleagues when it comes to solving complex problems. I have good insight and I can distinguish side issues from main issues.I am always ready to help his colleagues and to go the extra mile when necessary.
