For Achmea this was carried out by a permanent team from the customer location in Apeldoorn. In his role as senior system engineer I was initially responsible for the Levob Mainframe at Achmea. After this was converted to other products, he was responsible as change process manager for coordinating all non and standard changes in the IT environment for all capacity requests coming from all over Achmea. Such as requesting new servers, Hyper-V, ESX or Physical servers. Requesting expansion, reduction or removal of storage. Adjusting CPU and Memory of server. Daily updating of Excel lists on which the relevant changes are visible. My tasks consisted of realizing the established Key Performance Indicators, actively optimizing the process by proposing and formulating improvement actions, communicating with the stakeholders involved, reviewing and rewriting procedures and work instructions. Work planning for MSIaaS. Keeping track of the standard changes that came in, invested with the available engineer. Request MSIaaS storage in SDM at relevant engineer invest. Maintaining an overview of the incoming standard changes and keeping an overview of the current changes. Result: The changes were all executed according to the change process without unplanned disruption.
