Worked across multiple commands on both coasts to best manage qualification opportunities and deliver a highly functioning Deck team that passed all certification events right out the gate.• Worked closely with Huntigton Ingalls Industry planners and technicians on installation, testing and certifying new technology and how it interfaced with legacy systems and procedures. This ensured that all systems were ready to go and personnel competent to use well within the scheduled testing timeline

• Responsible for planning, training standards, strategic concepts, intelligence, dissemination, and logistic support for nine Expeditionary Squadrons and one Forward Deployed Naval Force security detachment which provide rapidly deployable Coastal Riverine forces to combatant commanders.• Managed a team of 50 military and civilian personnel in alloperations, curriculum development, and training for ten separate programs across the forces disciplines. Programs included: Maritime harbor defense and asset protection, land warfare and security, Unmanned Ariel Vehicle operations, embarked security team certification, Joint Tactical Air Controller (JTAC) program, Riverine operations, Tactical Operations Center utilization, small arms/crew served weapons qualifications, convoy operations and mission planning.• Led a team of 12 liaisons working with Defense Contractors in conducting a Job Duty Task Analysis (JDTA) and Training Course Control Document (TCCD) encompassing all program areas within Maritime Operation executing Enterprise-wide training standards for east and west coast.• Staff planning team member for the implementation of the MKVI patrol craft into the force. Identified early training team member requirements, logistics conflicts and timelines to certification prior to delivery.• Supervised, taught, and mentored over 2000 students across 3 active-duty Squadrons, two Reserve, and one Forward Deployed Embarked Security Detachment.• Managed the yearly expenditure of 405,000+ rounds of ammunition, accountability for $15M in weapons, equipment, and repair & quality control parts.• Qualified over 2000 students as CRF CAT II, CAT III on Crew-Served Weapons and high-risk CAT IV battle drills. Completed RSOIC and RSO training for the following installations Fort A.P. Hill, Fort Pickett and Fort Knox.
