Identified early training team member requirements, logistics conflicts and timelines to certification prior to delivery.• Supervised, taught, and mentored over 2000 students across 3 active-duty Squadrons, two Reserve, and one Forward Deployed Embarked Security Detachment.• Managed the yearly expenditure of 405,000+ rounds of ammunition, accountability for $15M in weapons, equipment, and repair & quality control parts.• Qualified over 2000 students as CRF CAT II, CAT III on Crew-Served Weapons and high-risk CAT IV battle drills. Completed RSOIC and RSO training for the following installations Fort A.P. Hill, Fort Pickett and Fort Knox.
