I, as a Microsoft Expert is responsible for delivering an end-to-end Microsoft Experience across all aspects of the Microsoft ecosystem. This role also focuses on sales targets in revenue, margin, and solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem, making sure that no customers are ever left unserved or underserved, providing velocity, full-service, and solutions support to customers in the Microsoft ecosystem. Works closely with other employees to demonstrate, promote and sell a variety of exciting Microsoft assortment in and across the store to ensure customers' end-to-end needs are met. I am also responsible on building relationships with my peers to properly promote my brand, coaching and training, ensuring that sales associates fully understand the product and its ecosystem throughout the store. Part of my role is to maintain the department’s merchandising and readiness to serve customers.
