I lead the team at The Point Shopping Mall, Malta’s favourite shopping centre. As a firm believer in the power of personal relationships, I dedicate most of my time to nurture relations with our tenants, customers, partners and my team, working to make a positive difference with all of them. I have made it my mission for The Point to be entirely customer centric. Our visitors are at the heart of everything we do! My team’s main focus is therefore to create a positive, engaging and memorable experience for our guests. During my tenure, The Point has grown exponentially, becoming the first truly international standard shopping centre complex on the island, attracting an annual footfall of 2.5 million local and overseas visitors. My expertise spans across the Real Estate, Postal, Logistics and Retail industries, occupying various senior management positions in large, public listed companies, including MIDI plc, Maltapost plc, and the Institute for the Promotion of Small Enterprise. Other appointments entrusted to me included serving as Chairperson of the Malta Racing Club Council (2015 – 2021) and Deputy Chairperson of EquestriMalta - Malta’s newly constituted equestrian sport regulating authority - from November 2020 until today. Both appointments were granted by the Government of Malta.On a personal level, I am passionate about exploring the world and other cultures, empowering professionals through mentoring and enabling charitable institutions to run fundraising initiatives through my network.
