This includes recruiting and training operators in technical skills such as control room operation, broadcast techniques, automation programming, audio production and editing, and satellite uplink operations. In addition , operator performance review, enforcement and compliance to FCC regulations and appropriate broadcast content and discipline or termination if necessary.• Supervise Broadcast programming operations as outlined by the program director. Ensure FCC compliance as outlined by the Chief Engineer.• Survey equipment needs, research products, remain informed on technological developments in broadcast technology and changes in FCC law.
