Provided customer service and support.Developed a series of technical projects alongside my design role:- Activity Report generator using Visual Basic that automatically updated Access databases, generated Excel charts and compiled a monthly activity report in Word saving hours of work each month and providing new insight statistics.- Internal information directory using Flash, Actionscript 3 and Adobe Air that teams could use online or on their desktops to more efficiently find information.- Contact form for users of the information directory to send requests or bug reports. ThePHP mailer sent HTML emails with an updating tracking image showing request’s status.

- Conducted market research to launch an independent and financially sustainable student publication that gained a 50% higher circulation than all its competitors combined.- Recruited, trained and led a team of editors and managers to run the paper.- Designed, edited, managed, wrote and photographed for a 44 page newspaper and magazine supplement.- Produced an e-paper with embedded quizzes, slideshows, panoramic photos, 360 3D models, audio clips, 2D and 3D videos.- Developed a special video player that would allow people to choose which 3D format to view the 3D videos in.
