Supported the network Servers (IBM) and workstations (Dell) for the entire firm. Included the trading floor and back office. Troubleshoot Bay Networks Fast Ethernet switches (Baystack 28115/ADV). Upgraded to Cisco switches (3500 and 6500) and all servers from 10Mbps to 100Mbps and again to 1000Mbps.
