The building is silver LEED AP certified. Management of all Mechanical , Plumbing , electrical, fire sprinkler, and site utilities on the project. Duties included contract negotiations, cost -tracking, change order process, field coordination, and commissioning coordinator.

General Construction Project Manager that included providing preconstruction and construction management services for the Intel Santa Clara, CA Mask Operation facilities. Projects include the construction of facility upgrades to HVAC and electrical distribution systems, extensive fab renovations including expansions to clean room environment while maintaining the fab integrity, and manufacturing equipment installations in a total 55,000 s.f. of Class 1 manufacturing facility. Recent construction also included hazardous waste collections system, installation of two N+1 air handlers and supporting structural steel in an operation factory with zero impact to surrounding areas or production, and installation of two EMI cancelling chambers.

Construction of a three-story Women and Children’s hospital building with approximately 100,000 sq. ft. The building included 80 beds for a new medical/surgical unit, ICU, NICU, LDR’s and maternity services, and also a pedestrian bridge connector to an existing hospital building. Coordinate just in time material delivery dates of hospital equipment due to zero laydown space. Develop and execute commissioning plan with subcontractors. Achieve early certificate of occupancy even after sizable amount of equipment failures and logistic setbacks. Management of all MEP trades from start to finish of the project including cost -tracking, change order process field coordination, and scheduling. Also completed closeout for Drywall, concrete and curtain walls.

Preconstruction for two 53-story towers with approximately 2,000,000 sq. ft. The project includes 800 condominiums, a 227-room four star hotel, 1,200 car parking garage, and 50,000 sq. ft. of retail and restaurants.
