I have been working in the food and hospitality industry for over 18 years. I started out while in high school just out of pure need of a job, soon to realize this is were I belong. This is where I began to fall in love with the industry. I moved my way up the ladder and from there I held various positions in the restaurant scene. I eventually decided that I wanted to know more about the food and got a job in a small kitchen. I took a cooking class at a community college and decided I wanted to take the next step. I enrolled in culinary school and learned the classical techniques, and refined my skills. When I completed school I found kitchens jobs in New York City. My passion for food and cooking has never left me and I continue to learn new things with every new position. I continue to challenge myself so that I can grow and learn with each new experience.
