Grade 3 Inclusion Teacher
Current- Co-teach differentiated and inclusive lessons with co-teacher using principles of Universal Design for Learning and ABA-Based methodology to include students with autism in full inclusion classroom
- Provide specialized instruction for students with exceptionalities and conduct progress monitoring
- Deliver English as a Second Language instruction and embed linguistic scaffolding for multilingual learners
- Accommodate and modify instructional materials from TERC Investigations and Expeditionary Learning
- Conduct interventions including Wilson Reading System, Orton-Gillingham, and Leveled Literacy Intervention
- Evaluate instructional materials and educator practices for implicit bias and emphasize the resiliency of historically marginalized communities by incorporating narratives and perspectives not present in curricula
