I'm currently a graduated Year Up student in the Greater Boston area studying Information Technology (IT). Year Up is a nonprofit organization with the goal of providing young adults 18-24 with the skills needed to exceed in the professional world. I’m a hard working professional that can provide Customer Service, IT desktop support, and Professional Behavior when interacting with customers. I consider myself well organized, and goal oriented. I am seeking employment within an organization where I can utilize and improve my hardware and software skills. Along with those skills, I have experience in problem solving. I chose to study IT at Year Up because I had experience with computers since I was younger and I found this field to be very interesting. I was an intern for 6 month at Liberty Mutual Investments as an end user support technician where I was able to use and practice my customer service skills. I'm always striving to increase my knowledge and skill sets. I'm currently looking for my next opportunity where I can keep developing my customer service and IT skills and offer my professional service to an organization or company.
