• Utilize CRM to keep track of customer information as well as follow up with existing customers to generate more leads.
• Coordinate with shipment company to know when the incoming cars will arrive as well as to know if there are any unforeseen delay to the shipment of cars so that we are able to tell the customers of the situation.
