KEY RESPONSIBILITIES.Tea tasting and Valuation in preparation for sale at the Auction.Tea sales through Auctioning at the Mombasa International Auction.Offering advise to producers regarding tea quality issues and how they can improve their manufacturing for safe and Quality teas.Preparation of tea tasting and market reports.Pre and Post Auction activities including but not limited to; catalogue preparation, preparation of delivery orders, sale confirmation etc. and sending them to concerned parties.handling customer queries regarding sold teas, tea quality as well as other issues that they might have to ensure continued support and satisfaction.Visiting producers, conducting inspections of factories and writing reports of the inspections done for review by the factory management and marketing department for the various gardens.

Key ResponsibilitiesDeputizes the Production manager.Production Planning and labour scheduling.Efficient utilization of resources;fuel, labour and raw materials while maximizing productivity and reducing production cost.Tea Quality Assurance and Control.Implementation and maintenance of Quality & Food Safety management System and RainForest Alliance Certification.Inventroy Controls.Ensuring compliance to Health. Safety and Environment regulations at the factory.Ensure the Maintenance of Plant Machinery and Equipment.Preparation of production Returns and Reports.

Oversaw the overall running of the Society's operations on behalf of the Management Board.Responsible for the preparation of books of account of the society.Production planning, Quality Assurance and control.Led activities of value addition to process fresh milk into Mala and Yoghurt.
