Concur Project Owner, Concur, Global New Expense Tool:•Before project go-live, carry out the project processor and work with Global Project Team.•After project go-live, core and only processor & promotor on transition and improvement.•Set up a detailed SOP, to share with team to have better understand on new model, win as a team.•Process & analyze expenses in Concur and monitor the transaction timely and efficiently.Accounts Payable:•Monthly accrual report and ensure all financial report meet the timeline efficiently.•Coordinate for difference between budget & expense type in Concur.•Support local compliance including SAFE and other government regulation and audit.•Guide 180 employees to ensure Concur expenses processed in compliance with company policy.•Review vendor payment, prepare and analyze payment proposals and payment advice.Process Excellence:•Connect to stakeholders to identify the changes and ensure them understand the procedure.•Lead the Concur project successful transition from old model, the new model run smoothly.•Over 300 expense reports can be monthly processed in Concur and delivered to SAP efficiently.•Good reputation among the office for the professional support on Concur procedure.•Standardize the AP procedure complied with local China policy.
