In charge of the daily operation for the “Air Export, Gateway & Warehousing Departments."Some of my responsibilities included: Airline rate negotiations, communications with customers, trucking companies, vendors, agents, domestic and international offices.Monitoring the daily warehouse operation that included receiving cargo releases, container loading, re-packing, truck rate agreements, and complying with safety rules and regulations.Purchasing and leasing of new warehouse machines, accessories and office supplies .Worked closely with the finance manager to review account receivables, account payable & P&L –reports for the whole operation .
