• Collaborate closely with stakeholders, engineers and operations groups to identify potential system enhancements to improve the manufacturing processes, traceability and overall productivity.• Perform configuration management activities through analysis and interpretation of engineering changes and production requests that impact the Manufacturing Execution System (MES) Rockwell Factory Talk Production Center (FTPC) application.• Gather and prioritize business requirements to define technical and functional requirements to the developer team.• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing with business users and the QA group.• Create new production routes for end-product, assemblies and sub-assemblies based on engineering changes per PDM\PLM.• Implementation of the MES application to new product lines.• Interpret redlines and modifications to current Bill of Materials (BOM’s) and routes.• Create and maintain the ERP SAP routing groups, components allocation, and labor/scrap configurations.• Use MS Visio for business process flow mappings as part of the requirements phase.• Develop SQL queries to accommodate customer data requests.• Provide MES support and manufacturing line support as day-to-day activities.

• Provided support related to IT infrastructure, including network (LAN) maintenance & administration, security coordination and telecommunications (voice & telephone).• Supported users in troubleshooting of PC’s, Thin Clients, printers, copiers and other peripheral equipment.• Network support to Data Center activities, LAN administration and servers monitoring.• Coordinated security profiles (creation, changes & deletion) to access network using the MS Active Directory.• Performed routine systems maintenance, upgrades and security patches.
