Facilitate coordination among three active-duty Intelligence Operations Squadrons, one Intelligence Support Squadron, two Reserve Intelligence Operations Squadrons, and one Guard Intelligence Operations Squadron. Ensure all stakeholders are promptly informed of changes in project parameters to sustain 100% mission readiness and operational effectiveness.Coordinate and validate new Operational Capability Requirements (OCRs) for mission weapon systems and associated non-weapon system assets to ensure alignment with operational objectives and readiness standards.Leads complex technology integration projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Developing detailed project plans, coordinating cross-functional teams, and aligning project deliverables with organizational objectives. Acting as a key liaison, I foster clear communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders, collaborating with vendors and business units to gather requirements and address challenges effectively.With a focus on ensuring seamless system compatibility, I monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and uphold compliance with mission standards and data security protocols. Driving efficiency, generating actionable insights through detailed reporting, and continuously recommending process improvements.
