Manager Operations at the business unit IHC SAS-Hytop, responsible for designing and producing reliable mission equipment and hydraulic systems for the dredging, offshore energy & telecom markets. Over the years, IHC SAS-Hytop has gained a great deal of experience in the delivery of pipe-laying systems, heavy-duty offshore winch systems, heavy-duty dredging winch systems, hydraulic power packs, FPSO riser pull-in & offloading systems, and bespoke offshore equipment.Reporting directly to and cooperating on a close level with the PMG Director of Offshore Energy with the main objectives:-Accountable for delivery of projects and products (On time, budget in time)-Identify and implement improvements towards better cost competitiveness and customer intimacy.-Responsible for setting up and delivering the business plan of the unit IHC SAS-Hytop.

My role in this program is as Project Manager (unit representative) for a successful implementation of the processes and software solutions.
