Designed system characterization test plans for both ultra low power (uW) IoT products, which evaluated PMU power consumption, TEG & PV harvesting performance, 915 MHz RF sensitivity/range and accuracy/noise for various sensors (phototransistor, RTD ,mag-loop, MEMS accelerometer) .Leveraged python to integrated various lab equipment (oscilloscope, DAQ, shaker table, function generator, relay) into automated hardware test assemblies and reports for validating product specifications.Utilized characterization and field data to run failure analysis on product issues and partnered with ME/EE/FW/Silicon design teams to validate fixes related to sensor integrity and power harvesting.

Retrofitted an obsolete R&D test machine with automated testing and data-logging capability—replaced outdated Siemens controls system and programmed new Allen Bradley PLC and PanelView HMI, as well as routed data to plant’s remote monitoring system using an OPC server.
