Sharpshooters Basketball Academy LLC is a consulting business, helping educate parents and players (7th grade-and-up) on the college-recruiting process, assist in remedial Math and English education, and SAT prep.

In 2004, a non-profit 501-C3 AAU Affiliated basketball program was created in the Wilmington, Delaware area to be more competitive and would give talented girls, and now boys, recruiting exposure for players in Delaware which were leaving for out-of-state programs. In 2014, the vision expanded to create a boys program with an added goal is to enhance boys and girls skill level through quality coaching, instruction, and the highest level of competition.Sharpshooters Elite Basketball aims to ensure that the players are participating in the major tournaments, where they will receive the best exposure from college coaches. In balancing the demand of the student athlete, we will also concentrate on the character development and academic performance of our players.Increased Focus with USA Basketball In January 2015, the organization expanded the focus to nurture and grow our youth of today. The organization is now a USA Basketball Youth Certified Organization and develop a more complete and elite level student athlete. To assist and bring added resources for this accomplishment, administrators, coaches, and certain volunteers are required to become a USA Basketball Certified Coach, as well as, NCAA and AAU Certified.

Responsibilities included ideveloping and co-teaching Introduction to Entrepreneurship summer course for selected high school student in a university setting. This course used the Canvas platform for delivery and the students received college credits The focus of the course was to understanding the basic concepts, tools, and practices of entrepreneurship and the development of entrepreneurial skills. The entrepreneurial process (opportunity recognition, resource marshaling, and team building driven by communication, creativity, and leadership) and business planning are emphasized.

- Responsible for all areas related to branch operations and sales. - Directly led the development and implementation of new consumer loans, credit cards, and mortgage products lines. - Oversaw the purchasing due diligence, packaging and the selling of mortgage pools to the secondary market. - Responsible for the evaluation of the market for setting interest rate on all consumer and mortgage loan products.- Initiated all applications and contract for buying and selling of mortgages through Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and other secondary-market purchasers.

President, Chief Executive Officer, & Co-FounderResponsible for the mortgage banking day-to-day operations, which included the establishment and managing of all secondary market investors. Established key relationships with Federal, State, and Local agencies. Developed and implemented web based technology for mortgage origination, processing, underwriting, and packaging of conforming and non-conforming mortgage products.

- Served as the lead organizer to establish a denovo federally-chartered thrift which raised capital of $3.5 million of the $5 million required. Initiated all regulatory bank applications and business plans for bank charter approvals from the Office of Thrift Supervision, Federal Reserve, and the FDIC.- As a co-founder of the proposed bank, served as the primary negotiator during the targeted acquisition of a failed thrift with the Resolution Trust Corporation (RTC). Led the due diligence teamInitiated all applications and contracts for buying and selling of mortgages and deposits from the OTS and FDIC. The company was established to explore the viability of establishing an African-American controlled depository institution in Wilmington, Delaware and to receive regulatory and charter approvals.

- Developed a denovo mortgage department for a $54 million Federal Thrift. - Bank liaison for relationships with Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and Rural Development Housing Programs. - Supervisor of training for in-house origination and various Fannie Mae software applications. - Direct lending authority for consumer, home equity, and mortgage products.

Responsible for Consumer and Commercial loan production, as well as, delinquency control for a $450 million commercial bank. Direct lending authority up to $100,000 in secured consumer and commercial lending. Supervised operational, security, and sales promotions of branch.
