Current• Checked and contributed on new product release especially new product process flow, Bill of Material, and specification temperature for product humidity control.• Created and updated On Job Training Instruction (OJTI) perform by Operator, Technician, and Engineer.• Test and certification new employee (Operator and Technician) refer to On Job Training Instruction (OJTI) especially for quality topic, process flow, machine work instruction.• Conducted spot audit for ensure production process and procedure are following regulations.• Engaged and develop team to complete improvement project.• Updated Process FMEA related quality topic and the improvement activity.• Trouble-shoot and resolve technical problem and included determine root cause of failures using problem solving analysis tools such as 8D, Fishbone Diagram, Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA), 5 Whys, Failure Tree Analysis (FTA), PDCA Method (Plan Do Check Action).• Developed and control dashboard quality issue performance for all criteria reject mode.• Lead 8D sharing meeting and follow up action item especially implementation CAPA (Corrective Action and Preventive Action).
