My practice centers on commercial litigation and I represent both plaintiffs and defendants in complicated commercial transactions and business disputes. I have successfully prosecuted and defended professionals, including lawyers and accountants, in dozens of cases and have represented multiple clients in cases involving financial fraud and securities issues.
