• Develop and maintain effective warehouse operations.• Manage warehouse personnel , direct delivery and distribution of the goods. • Monitors strickly FIFO method of materials issuance.• Discuss with the VP for Operations plans, strategies and cost savings opportunities. • Resolve problems concerning warehouse operations, storage and Allocation targets, daily deliverables, trucking requirements and Customer issues.• Maintain good housekeeping and abide with safety rules and regulations.• Manage the warehouse delivery priorities from time to time in conjunction with marketing department requirements.• Analyze all aspects of corporate logistics to determine the most cost effective and efficient means of transporting products.• Develop risk management programs to ensure continuity of supply in emergency situations.• Manage and achieve the over- all warehouse budget.• Motivate, organize and encourage teamwork to set productivity targets are met.• Communicate with Marketing department regarding daily delivery requirements and route assignments.

• Monitoring the quality, quantity, cost and efficiency in the storage of goods.• Coordination with third party delivery provider• Maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction through effective and efficient delivery of goods.• Analyze and come up with the most effective delivery process at the lowest possible cost.• Conducts proper training to warehouse and delivery personnel.• Ensures that GWP and GMP are maintained at all times.• Strict implementation of the Trucker’s Code of Conduct.• Manages the logistics operations of 22 Mister Donut Plants nationwide.

• Manages the delivery execution of the site• Ensure 100% delivery compliance thru ensuring resources are available, processes are in place and procedures are followed.• Ensure GWP compliance in the warehouse• Ensure products are stored in proper bins, aligned and in order• Troubleshooting for delivery issues• Maintain cleanliness and good housekeeping in all areas of the warehouse• Daily waste walk in the warehouse and provide action plans as needed• Troubleshooting for warehousing issues• Review and check delivery and warehousing performances of staffs.• Conducts proper training to subordinates regarding delivery and warehousing operations
