As a team member of the AJR-G5 group, Dr. Freire has conducted crucial analysis regarding Average Daily Capacity (ADC), National Aerospace System On-Time Arrivals (NAS On-Time) for the Core-30 Airport Operations, Airport Construction Impact Reports, and slot administration at capacity constraint airports. Dr. Freire generates, improves, contribute, and distribute reports, presentations, and business plans on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis to a broad technical and non-technical audience, which include but are not limited to analyst, administration personnel, air traffic controllers, Managers, Supervisors, Deputy Directors, and Executive personnel.
