Key Roles Assisting the Project Officer to make sure that all the necessary items required to run the program are available in time. Observing the teachers and the mentors to see that what they teach is in accordance with the program objectives. Monitoring the mentors & the teachers and make sure that right information is given to the girl child and assessing the needs of the girl child in response to the lessons. Producing a monthly report to the Project Officer on how the program is running and highlighting any shortfalls or success areas to the program

 Prepare and maintaining an updated analyzed project expenditure report summaries against the budget. Assist in project budget expenditure control and report any adverse budget lines to management. Processing of the supplier’s accounts and ensuring that payments is made according to procurements guidelines. Preparation of bank reconciliation of all council’s accounts Prepare and interpret project financial report for donor and management purpose Maintaining asset register for all council’s asset Maintain proper filing of all financial documents, reports and all donor documents Supervising the management of petty cash imprest system Assist internal and external auditors during audit Ensuring compliance with all tax returns i.e. PAYE, WHT,VAT and FBT Supervising and checking vouchers, ensuring that it is fully authorized and all necessary item are attached before payment.
