Responsible for the training of all new hires to focus on quality task performance end to end on their job functions as a Manufacturing Technicians. Responsible for the training of all new Engineers and Technicians on the basic Manufacturing Technicians duties programs and procedures to enhance their jobs. Job training of all new hire employees includes one-on-one on-the-job training followed up by computer based assessments to test the employee’s knowledge. Created training aids on all of the Manufacturing Technicians job functions in the Dry Etch area. Created and updated Micron procedures in proprietary control documents. These procedures were area wide. Created a small group training program for the classroom on Equipment Tool Interface (ETI). Responsible for assessing employees training gaps and provide retraining as needed. Responsible for training Manufacturing Technicians in the Dry Etch area on new processes. Training included small group sessions followed by one-on-one training as needed. Trains and consistently practices proper cleanroom policies and Escalates situations where cleanroom procedures are not being followed. Adequately covers the area in supervisor’s absence as delegated by the supervisor Responsible for touch-up on lots for the Technicians in higher level positions. Displays a sense of ownership when performing job responsibilities, to include a track record of no lot errors since starting with Micron in 2008. Responsible for maintaining training records of Manufacturing Technicians on my shift. Records and provides the supervisor with documentation for both positive and constructive training feedback; Employees on Performance Improvement Plans would work through me to enhance their abilities to try and retain their jobs. Consistently work independently in establishing priorities and handling heavy workloads while working within tight deadlines. Responsible for reporting and communication changes.
