Recently transitioned as part of the Technology Leadership Team from Head of Core Platforms and Engineering, to Head of H&M Technology Portfolio. In this role, I will lead a team of program and delivery managers, plus virtual team of architects, strategic business functions and technology leadership centers. Reporting directly to the Chief Digital and Information Officer, and interfacing to H&M internal and external executive committees and governance boards. Responsible for developing the technology desired state (2028+), annual target roadmaps, transformation milestones, annual investment need and overseeing the entire technology project portfolio across H&M. Ensures strategic alignment, initiative prioritization, efficient delivery, and successful execution of all technology initiatives by prioritizing projects, managing budgets, collaborating with cross-functional teams and business value streams, and reporting progress to executive stakeholders. Building alignment with business partners considering global considerations and diverse regional needs and priorities with the H&M Brand Plan, which will drive for H&M, new Customer Experiences, Products and Brand Targets.

As Global Head of Core Application Platforms and Technology Engineering, I am responsible for all global technology strategy, platforms, engineering and delivery, including all infrastructure, major platforms such as all SAP, Online (eCommerce), POS, Supply chain, digital workplace and collaboration. Also responsible for leading the retail store technology sponsorship defining store tech transformation. In this role, leading the technology transformation for H&M, driving change across retail, supply change and the tech ecosystem. Instrumental for this position is architecting, development and re-engineering of all global core tech services, including all Cloud & Data Center environments, Global Network Services, Developer Experience including CI/CD pipeline technologies, Site Core Technology (retail stores, warehousing, and offices), API & Event architecture and Integration and platform technologies such as SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft and Google collaboration services. In addition, Oversee prioritized re-engineering functions associated with the H&M Tech Transformation called Tech Accelerators. As part of this role I am also driving the tech sustainability and Green IT agenda initiating activity for carbon footprint reduction and data management and reporting.Coordinate engineering practices to ensure the delivery of robust and resilient technologies and services that support product teams to develop and deploy tech-based solutions and will provide a leadership role across the entire H&M engineering management ecosystem. Principal Technology Transformation LeaderRetained by H&M out of Sweden, where I was specially recruited to develop the technology strategy across the digital workplace, user collaboration capabilities, cloud provider utilization, enterprise cybersecurity services and cross-business infrastructure platform technologies together with application migration to the cloud. Working directly for the H&M CTO, as part of leadership team, led the development and creation of the very detailed technology baseline report across all technology disciplines including infrastructure, cyber security, operations and future areas for e-commerce, supply chain, product life cycle, and future retail stores. Following this, worked with tech leadership in developing the overall tech transformation, which was founded on a set of tech moves across all tech and business departments, functional areas, large-scale global external suppliers, and managing all aspects of technology strategy creation, consolidating and aligning roadmap plans and input into the company technology strategic plan.

Here, I have been specially recruited to oversee solution architecture for the Proctor and Gamble Employee Digital Workplace and Voice Service. Currently, I manage all aspects of strategic planning and implementation for enterprise transformation, including cross-functional collaboration, development of RFIs, road mapping, and team leadership.During my time here so far, I have successfully delivered a business case driving the transformation of legacy voice communications to a new cloud platform, realizing a digital transformation and capturing over $15M a year in run rate from $50M in current spend. I championed a comprehensive assessment of enterprise Unified Communications as a Service Industry to create a roadmap and transition plan to be deployed across 60 countries in less than 18 months.

Here, I was promoted to a position in charge of major technology platforms, Cloud Migration and PMOs for a global leader in beverage manufacturing and sale. I oversaw all aspects of major transformation programs with management of global program delivery and reporting to the CISO for security strategy and architecture. I directed operations and security strategies across multiple franchise bottlers. I developed road maps, integrated multiple platforms, and oversaw budgets and resource allocation. During my time here, I transformed the security ecosystem and rationalized over 50 individual products, executing a $30M program over 24 months to elevate Coca-Cola into the top 25 percentile in digital resilience across CPG industry landscape. I was specially selected as a leader of the Coca-Cola Datalake program, transforming a significantly delayed application development program and driving cost reduction/resource allocation for on time and under budget delivery. I was hand-picked to lead a cloud migration on a tight timeline in preparation for data center sales, migrating over 800 applications in 18 months to cloud-enabled providers with minimal interruption.

During my time in this role, I spearheaded global infrastructure change programs, strategic roadmap design, architecture leadership, and cloud migration leadership. I oversaw a $100M budget and capital plan, led engineering and planning of migration programs, and conducted in-depth assessments (SAP, applications, and new technologies). I effectively engineered a strategic plan to execute migration and consolidation of various email environments into a Microsoft Office 365 consolidated platform within six months. I collaborated with CEO of Coca-Cola Bottling Africa throughout the merger of six independent Coca-Cola bottlers in South Africa as strategic advisor developing the technology integration plan.

Here, I championed a complex Consumer Product Group bottler merger divestment and franchising strategy as a leader recruited by the Coca-Cola Global CIO and CTO, in addition appointed security architect at Sagepath. I managed development of business case and technical design to re-platform SAP to a cloud service, including strategic planning and implementation, major milestone and budget planning, and definition of IT requirements.

In this role, I excelled in a dual role in charge of global IT infrastructure and security programs for an American hotel, casino, hospitality, and entertainment operator. I managed global technology and operations transformations, strategic planning, and program implementation in collaboration with CIO and executive teams. I developed plans to deploy new cloud platforms and migrations, improve security systems, and transform customer experiences. I developed and implemented a $40M technology and business remediation plan to overhaul and accelerate cloud adoption, effectuating a business transformation in the wake of a massive cyber-attack targeting Las Vegas Sands. I was specially appointed as the Las Vegas Sands Global E-Commerce Technology Leader, developing a new e-commerce platform in Hong Kong and the United States on AWS/Akamai/Adobe Cloud services.Additionally, I was appointed as the Interim CIO of the Marina Bay Hotel and Casino in Singapore, managing all IT functions for 12 months as an executive team member in charge of data center strategies and business transformation initiatives/cloud deployments. As such, I created strategy to stabilize the casino surveillance network for over 10k multi-cast cameras, reducing regulatory incidents and casino disruptions.

Here, I was specially recruited to oversee global infrastructure and operations for a multi-national information technology company delivering IT and communication services. I managed multiple international IT teams, led strategic planning for SITA managed services of over 200 applications for passenger/eCommerce of 150+ airlines. I comprehensively assessed and mitigated major delays in Next Generation Data Center program in the first three months of hire, including cost restructuring, application modernization strategy, and upgrades across over 200 applications. I was also hand-picked to lead Managed Services Global Function, including technology transformation over 12 months; consolidated multiple teams and delivered over 15% in the initial year through a Zero-Downtime initiative.
