Planned and led PeopleSoft training sessions for end users in Supply Chain as part of AdventHealth’s iSynergy Central Florida Division Go-Live. Assess Go-live requirements, constraints, and assumptions with stakeholders; created the work breakdown structure for Super Users. Develop Standard Operating Procedures for supply chain procurement, receipt, and delivery operations for multiple campuses. Assist in Go-Live Purchasing and Inventory operations as well as end user rounding
