• Managed the investments as a limited partner in a PEF, which acquired the management controlling stake of the largest real estate investment & trust company in Korea. • Led resort and residential real estate development projects in junction with major construction companies and financial institutions.

Led IPO plan & funded $12 million including $3 million equity investment and $6 million debt financing from KDB.

• Established & managed systematic infrastructure with primary focus on int'l financing and IR activities for a NASDAQ listed leading broadband internet network service provider. • Led working groups for numerous int'l financing projects, and successfully attained $250 million equity investment from SoftBank consortium along with $115 million and $50 million loan structured vendor financing from Cisco and Motorola, respectively.
