Scope also consisted of installation of new waterproofing system and pavers, new storm drains and piping, masonry restoration as well as new concrete slab on grade with ADA ramp.

AHN Butler and Beaver Cancer Centers:Project engineer during the design-build construction of two, new outpatient cancer centers consisting of approximately 10,000 square feet for a medical clinic and 20,000 square feet for offices. The first floors had radiation oncology with a linear accelerator and a CT Suite. The second floors contained medical oncology with infusion treatment bays. Due to the level of medications needed to treat the patients, the pharmacy meets USP 800 requirements.PNC Park 4th Floor Admin Renovations:Project engineer during the renovation of the fourth floor of the administration building that included upgrades to ceilings, walls, and flooring in offices and conference room.University of Pittsburgh Litchfield Tower A Bathroom Renovations:Project Engineer during Renovation of common bathrooms in Tower A and renovations/upgrades to the mail room in Tower B. Project had to meet a demanding schedule to complete work between spring and fall semesters.UPMC Mercy Helipad Relocation Project:Project Engineer for the relocation of the existing helipad from the ground level to the roof of the existing facility. The project included the replacement of two air handling units servicing the existing tower as well as and the extension of two elevators up to the rooftop/new helipad level. Other components included pressurizing several existing elevator shafts and egress stairways with air pressurization. Served as a project engineer intern at the Clairton Wastewater Treatment Project in Clairton, Pennsylvania.Responsibilities included working with the operations and management teams to ensure proper QA/QC procedures. Updated the schedule with onsite personnel as well as reviewed contract documents, submittals and RFI's. Also coordinated with vendors/suppliers.

Conducted required E&S (Erosion and Sediment), PPC (Prevention, Preparedness and Contingency), and SPCC (Spill Prevention, Control, and Countermeasure) inspections at well pads, compressor stations and pipelines in order to identify environmental and compliance concerns. E&S inspections focused on erosion and sediment displacement as well as non-functional erosion and sediment controls correlating to the Erosion and Sediment Plans. All inspections required a thorough understanding of local, state and federal regulations within Pennsylvania, Ohio and West Virginia. Also oversaw the implementation of BMP’s (Best Management Practices) during construction and remediation projects. Additionally, prepared PPC, ERP (Emergency Response Plans) and SPCC plans for clients.

Designed stimulation schedules as well as managed on site chemical inventories. Also, analyzed well pressure in correlation with the down-hole pump rate during stages. This data, in addition to sand and other additive totals used during a stage, were configured into a report designed for the customer. Duties also included the frequent testing of fluid densities, chemical viscosities, and water compositions.
