AHN Butler and Beaver Cancer Centers:Project engineer during the design-build construction of two, new outpatient cancer centers consisting of approximately 10,000 square feet for a medical clinic and 20,000 square feet for offices. The first floors had radiation oncology with a linear accelerator and a CT Suite. The second floors contained medical oncology with infusion treatment bays. Due to the level of medications needed to treat the patients, the pharmacy meets USP 800 requirements.PNC Park 4th Floor Admin Renovations:Project engineer during the renovation of the fourth floor of the administration building that included upgrades to ceilings, walls, and flooring in offices and conference room.University of Pittsburgh Litchfield Tower A Bathroom Renovations:Project Engineer during Renovation of common bathrooms in Tower A and renovations/upgrades to the mail room in Tower B. Project had to meet a demanding schedule to complete work between spring and fall semesters.UPMC Mercy Helipad Relocation Project:Project Engineer for the relocation of the existing helipad from the ground level to the roof of the existing facility. The project included the replacement of two air handling units servicing the existing tower as well as and the extension of two elevators up to the rooftop/new helipad level. Other components included pressurizing several existing elevator shafts and egress stairways with air pressurization. Coordination with concurrent hospital operations was vital to the success of the project.UPMC Mercy Pavilion:Project Engineer (for the CM of Mascaro Barton Malow JV) during the construction of a new 10-story complex that houses a 442,000-square-foot tower that includes research laboratories, animal facilities, clinical labs, surgery suites, and a 470,000-square-foot, 1,040-space parking garage.
