Manufacturing Contract Engineer Investigated and provided resolution to received suspended parts, generated engineering change requests to resolve the suspensions. Led project team for design transfer of dialysis machine option from R&D to the manufacturing engineering phase. Worked with R&D, Quality, Purchasing, Planning ,PCB area, and Receiving Inspection to ensure all aspects of the project were successful. Generated and modified manufacturing instructions and production process build/test flow diagram for integration into the current dialysis machine production line.R&D Contract Engineer (2000-2002) Designed, implemented and tested cost cutting circuit for medical dialysis machine, Generated bench and system test procedures, conducted power supply tests, selected dialysis machine’s power supply replacement, designed dialysis machine retrofit power supply adapter, generated all the supporting design & test documentation required.
