With a strong foundation in mining engineering and extensive hands-on experience in overseeing underground extraction operations, I am a dedicated and results-driven professional. During my tenure as a Mining Engineer Supervisor at Penoles Industries in Guerrero, Mexico from 2019 to 2022, I successfully managed all facets of underground iron extraction, ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols and optimizing operational efficiency. My leadership was instrumental in overseeing remote blasting operations, directing a team of 25 extraction technicians, and implementing comprehensive safety training programs. Additionally, I played a key role in installing and maintaining ventilation systems to enhance air quality and safety for personnel. Prior to this role, I served as a Junior Engineer at Penoles Specialized Services S.A. in Zacatecas, Mexico, where I supervised rock fragmentation and managed ore hauling operations, contributing to a smooth and compliant work environment. My academic background includes a Bachelor of Engineering in Mining Metallurgical from the Autonomous University of the State of Hidalgo, providing me with a solid theoretical foundation to complement my practical expertise.
