Performance- Optimising advertising and promotion effectiveness, based on analysis and interpretation of campaign performance. Advising on media buying and creative.- Measurement of impact of online advertising, SEO and SEA.- Analysis of commercial performance of the business and the impact of market, competition, Key Account and consumer developments. Defining and monitoring commercial KPI’s. - Delivering market insights based on market research.- Leading role in operational forecast process, in close cooperation with Operations, Customer Contact Centre, and Finance. General- Consultant for Carglass Management team, delivering insights on performance drivers. Advising on market opportunities and on sales and pricing improvements.- Close cooperation with Belron International on new business development. Sharing best practices for the global group. - Member of Marketing team, close cooperation with Sales, Finance and Operations teams, and counterparts in other countries.- Carglass® is part of Belron®, the largest company in the world on repair and replacement of vehicle glass.
