1. Reporting production performance to Team Leader.2. Providing leadership for associated teams involved in production intended for the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of continuously improving, highly efficient Quality Systems, such as ISO 9001 & 14001, and in the retail environment 3. Prepare and present quality information for the Stream Manager on a regular basis to facilitate continuous quality improvement, including Consumer Affairs data. Advise Team Manager on non-conformance issues and risks at the site. 4. Planning, scheduling and/or participate in internal audits that demonstrate product/process conformance to specifications.5. Initiate/follow up on Corrective and Preventive action for process adjustment and system fixes. 6. Performing as a technical resource for all issues pertaining to process and product Quality, especially as they relate to statistical process control, safety & food safety, specifications for product design. 7. Overseeing the Production Operations at site.8. Ensuring that all accidents and near misses are investigated and followed up according to company and legal processes and escalates as appropriate. 9. Directing projects to develop new tests and test procedures for Quality Assurance and other operation groups for improvement10. Managing of the production resource plan including shift crewing, job design, lean manufacturing and ways of working

Oversee the construction of a new factory with zero safety incident and violation.Assisting with Mechanical Installations, Dry & Wet commissioning and Production of Filled Bar Chocolate.Perform complex mechanical alignments and calibration of equipment to quality standards.Calibrate, inspection of load cell, flow meter, level sensors, and developed procedures for failure analysis.

General workshop Hands on (welding, drilling, fitting, operating lathe machine etc). 5. Steam and Compressed air distribution.6. Overhaul and routine maintenance of both hydraulic and pneumatic machines such as roller mills, bun bury mixer, kneading machine, moulding machine, steam heated hydraulic press, conveyors, clickers, injecting machine, granulating machine7. Advice the engineering department on urgent needed spares for continuous running of the machines.
